In April 2023, we traveled to Sausalito, just north of San Francisco, to install the Control Stick™ on a Little Harbor Whisperjet 38 named Megawatt. This vessel did not come with a joystick control system, so the owner commissioned the boatyard to build a stanchion on the right side of the captain’s chair to house the stick. You will notice in the photos that the stanchion was just a temporary mockup for one that would be built later from the same wood used to upgrade the dashboard. Once installed, Tom, our chief engineer, took the boat for sea trials, and gave the owner some tips on the use of the stick.
